Full-Time OOSH Coordinator – Experienced Leader Required | Emu PlainsWe are seeking an experienced full-time OOSH Coordinator to lead a busy and dynamic Outside School Hours Care service located in Quakers Hill. This role is ideal for a confident leader who thrives in large services, understands the complexities of shared school spaces, and is passionate about creating engaging programs for children.As the Coordinator, you will oversee the day-to-day operation of the service, support educators, manage rosters, and ensure high-quality programming that meets regulatory and quality standards.Key ResponsibilitiesLead the daily operations of a large OOSH serviceManage educator rosters and staffing requirementsPlan and oversee engaging programs for school-aged childrenManage Quality Improvement Plan (QIP) processes and continuous improvementMaintain compliance with OOSH regulations and service policiesSupport children with additional needs, including managing Inclusion Support FundingBuild positive relationships with children, families, schools, and the communityManage shared school spaces effectively and respectfullyEssential RequirementsProven experience as an OOSH CoordinatorExperience managing large servicesStrong experience with Quality Improvement Plans (QIP)Experience working within shared school spacesPrevious Nominated Supervisor experience, including managing large teams and rostersStrong programming and planning skillsExperience managing Inclusion Support FundingExcellent time management and organisational skillsMinimum Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care or higherCurrent driver’s licence and reliable transportIf you are an experienced OOSH professional ready to lead a large service and make a meaningful impact, we would love to hear from you.Apply now or send your resume to: employment@saveourservice.com.au AUD Emu Plains 2750
